How to delete your Cool account.
Cool supports self-service account deletion from inside the mobile app.
Delete inside the app
- Open the Cool app and sign in.
- Go to
Profile. - Select
Delete Account. - Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.
What happens next
When deletion succeeds, Cool removes the authenticated account and app-linked records that are configured to delete with that account in our backend. Some operational, fraud-prevention, audit, or legally required records may be retained for a limited period where necessary.
If you cannot access the app
Contact info@ikanisa.com from the email or phone-associated context you used with the account and include:
- Your phone or WhatsApp number used in Cool.
- Your request to delete the account.
- Any details needed to help us identify the correct account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
